Ok um after my previous post and adventures I thought I would make a list for myself of the actors (and the odd Musican) that I have met. I was a bit shocked to realises of those I can remember it so far up to 86+

I don’t stalk but I have been places where they were going to be – conventions, movie premieres or after a play ;) I have never been lucky enough to bump into one in the street before.

I enjoy meeting people I respect and like to shake their  hand, thank them and tell them how awesome they are ;) The odd hug doesn’t go amiss either. I guess I’m drawn to actors as I respect their craft and live for the magic that they create behind the camera. It makes me happy and we are supposed to do what makes us happy right?

Mostly they are lovely and friendly. The only two I had a problem with were Nicholas Brandon who was a bit grumpy and Gates McFadden who gave me the filthiest look and covered her face when I tried to take a picture.

Most fans I’ve been with have been friendly and respectful. It does take awhile for some to get past the OMGOMG Frozen/can’tspeak/gabbleincessantly. I still have a quiver in my tummy and with certain actors I really have had to  tell myself “just breathe”. Unfortunately with newbies it can get a little insane ;(

My favourites so far have been David Tennant who was bouncing around like Tigger at the Kingdom of Heaven Premiere and Thomas Dekker who really wanted to talk ;) .

They are in alphabetical order not anything useful like TV show or film. I’ve met most of the main cast of Lord of the Rings Movies thanks to Showmasters at Collectormania. The Vampire Diaries TV show show cast and a few of the cast of Supernatural via Rogue, Eyecon and Creation (see links below). A lot of the Stargate Atlantis cast via Creation I think.
The Showmasters events: Collectormania and London Film and Comic Con are really good places to meet individuals.
